LyricsPro is a personal repertoire and setlist tool operated by Kirkor IT Solutions (Roland Rogers) in New Rochelle, NY. By creating an account you agree to what follows. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the app.
LyricsPro is a private notebook for performing musicians: a place to keep your own song lyrics, chords, and tabs, to build setlists for your gigs, and to read them on stage. Your library is visible to your account only. It is not a publishing platform, a distribution service, or a public library, and it is not searchable or browsable by other people.
Kirkor IT Solutions claims no ownership of, and no copyright in, the lyrics, chords, tabs, or other song material stored in LyricsPro. That material is entered by the people who use the app. Copyright in songs remains with the songwriters, publishers, and other rights holders who own it. Nothing about storing a song here transfers, licenses, or diminishes anyone's rights in it, and nothing here should be read as a claim over any song.
You are responsible for the material you add to your library, and for having the right to keep a personal copy of it. You agree that you will not use LyricsPro to publish, distribute, sell, or otherwise make copyrighted material available to other people.
Kirkor IT Solutions does not publish, sell, license, distribute, or display your stored content to anyone else, and does not review or curate it.
You keep whatever rights you already had in the content you add. You grant Kirkor IT Solutions only the narrow permission needed to actually run the service for you: to store your content, back it up, and display it back to you inside your own account.
If you are a rights holder, or acting for one, and you believe material stored in LyricsPro infringes your rights, write to info@kirkor.com with enough detail to identify the work and the material in question. Reports are taken seriously: we may remove or disable access to the material, and we may suspend or terminate the account of anyone who repeatedly uses the app for infringement.
Keep your password to yourself and let us know if you think someone else has gained access to your account. An account is for one person. You are responsible for what happens under yours.
Do not use LyricsPro to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to store material you have no right to hold, or to attack, probe, or disrupt the service or the people using it.
LyricsPro is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. It is a working tool built with care, not a service with a guaranteed uptime commitment. It may be unavailable for maintenance, for reasons outside our control, or because something broke. Because your setlists matter on the night, the app gives you a full export from Profile, and an offline mode. Please use them: keeping your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose is your responsibility.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kirkor IT Solutions and Roland Rogers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, for lost data or lost performances, or for any claim arising out of content stored in the app by the people who use it. You agree to indemnify Kirkor IT Solutions against claims that arise from material you added to your own library.
You can delete your account at any time from Profile, which permanently removes your library. We may suspend or close an account that is being used for illegal purposes, for infringement, or in a way that endangers the service or other people.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
If these terms change, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date and version. Continuing to use the app after that means the new version applies.
